The forecast is made by a program called WXSIM 
. It use data from my own station and data from 250 stations in a 2000 km radius from Halikko. No guarantee can be made for its accuracy, but as a general rule, the approximate forecasting accuracy should be better than 80% for first 24 hours,70% for first 48 hours and so on.
The forecast is scheduled to update automatic 7 times a day at 02, 05, 10, 14, 18, 20 and 23 (EET UTC+2) and will be aviable here about 15 minutes later. If the automatic dont work, will manual update be made ca 12.00 and 20.00 (EET UTC+2).
